About the Job

At Unseen Studio, we are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer that can bring their expertise to our growing team of passionate and creatively-driven people.

You'll be responsible for working alongside and leading the team on the build and delivery of our award-winning websites, focusing primarily on the non-WebGL side of things.

You will be surrounded by an exceptionally talented team of 3D artists, designers, developers, animators, videographers, amazing account handlers and producers who are all well versed in delivering award-winning online experiences. About you

• You should have experience creating immersive digital websites, using modern coding techniques.

• You should feel comfortable leading builds and be able to identify and execute the best technical solutions to visual challenges.

• You have a passion for building highly interactive websites and get excited about the opportunity to flex those motion muscles.

• You’ll enjoy working closely with designers, as well as other creative developers to produce award-winning work.

• You should feel confident bringing ideas to the table, whether that be a different way of coding a component, or a suggestion for how something is animated.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Front-End Developer on commercial projects

• Expert in web technologies including HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript (and frameworks if that's your thing)

• Highly confident in building performant motion and interaction into complex designs

• Experience in leading the build on projects from planning to deployment

• Committed to overall performance, code quality, and delivering high-end experiences

• Comfortable working in an agile project environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• European time zone

Nice to have

• Knowledge of WebGL - you'll often be working closely alongside it and invited to contribute where possible

• Experience in React / Vue / Next / Nuxt etc.
