What we're looking for

Brand Designers

• Experienced brand designers that can handle full end to end brand design projects and visual system creation

• Versatility in style and execution (A focus on tech/SAAS brands is a good base)

• Leading strategy / planning workshops experience is a bonus

Digital Designers

• Mid-Senior level digital designers with a focus on UI and interaction design

• Experience working closely with developers to realise ideas

• Ability to lead initial concept design through to final dev ready UI designs

• Strong focus on creative layout and unique motion-driven concepts

• Happy to work from initial directions set by our creative team

3D Artists (Real-time focus)

• Ability to deliver optimised 3D scenes, models and textures ready for web implementation

• Experience in particle systems and complex sim based animations

• Blender / Houdini preferable

• Experience working on WebGL based projects

• Performance obsessive

• Confident in working closely with developers to realize ideas and hash out solutions together

3D Artists (Generalist)

• Strong focus on lighting and texturing

• A good level of ability across general 3D motion design

• Comfortable working both on end-to-end 3D motion projects, or smaller individual scenes or roles within a project

• Ability to model and texture complex objects from scratch

• Redshift preferred
