Digital Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our digital production studio.

Full-time · UK, Bristol (In House Only)

Please note, this is an in-house role in our central Bristol studio. We are open to hybrid working arrangements however the majority of time should be spent in the studio.

We're looking for a talented Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be an integral part of our creative process, working closely with our designers, developers, and account managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standard.

About you

  • At least 3+ years of project management experience in digital/marketing/creative agencies or similar.

  • Experience in both waterfall and agile-style methodologies.

  • Knowledge of the website design and development process.

  • Ability to independently manage digital projects and have experience getting them across the line from brief to delivery.

  • Adept at using relevant project management tools for website projects, timelines and resource scheduling.

  • Confident when communicating with both internal teams and clients (NB. this is not an Account Manager role).

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Able to identify improvements in processes and procedures, communicate these to the senior team, and successfully integrate them into the agency.

  • Committed to ensuring that work is delivered to the highest possible standard.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Estimate project costs and create budgets.

  • Ensure that time tracking is maintained accurately.

  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project timeline, budget, or quality.

  • Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or feedback promptly.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Client Services team and ensure they are kept up to date with project information.

  • Act as the key contact for the project health within the agency; maintaining awareness of status, next steps and challenges at all times.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.

  • Provide regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.

  • Help to proactively shape workflows and implement necessary processes.

  • Implement waterfall and agile approaches, adapting if necessary along the way.

  • Resolve challenging project issues with a collaborative solution-focused approach, whilst maintaining a positive outlook and work ethic.

  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

  • PRINCE2 Agile/Practitioner qualification.
